I work with motivated adults individually and in couples who feel stuck in emotions, thoughts, and relationship patterns.
I also work with those struggling with a sudden stressor and people who want to work through past events. This includes things like trauma, depression, challenging transitions or losses, or persistent self-doubt and low self-esteem.
You might feel lonely, worn out, unsatisfied, or hopeless. Or maybe you and your partner feel stuck in cycles of conflict and disconnection.

My collaborative approach integrates highly effective evidence-based therapy methods with compassion, humor, and attuned listening. I am directive as needed, provide structure, and welcome long silences, fast-paced intensity, and everything in between.
Together, we will explore past experiences, patterns, and what is happening in the here and now to foster clarity, cultivate change, and increase satisfaction in your life and relationships.
